Copernicus Artificial Intelligence Services and data fusion with other distributed data sources and processing at the edge to support DIAS and HPC infrastructures

CALLISTO will be pilot tested in different operational environments, specifically in 1) monitoring the implementation of the Common Agricultural Policy, delivered by the National Observatory of Athens; 2) water quality assessment in water basins, delivered by De Watergroep and SMAT Group; 3) sensor journalism, delivered by Deutsche Welle; and 4) land border change detection, delivered by the European Union Satellite Centre.

Role of DRAXIS:

DRAXIS role in CALLISTO is four-fold: development of an air pollution forecasting methodology based on Artificial Intelligence techniques; delivery of a Business Intelligence tool for air quality assessment by journalists of Deutsche Welle; development of a mobile application for assessment of farmers’ compliance with the Common Agricultural Policy; lead of the overall dissemination and communication activities of the project.
